- Interchange-plus: the Fee Summary lists every interchange category plus Heartland's discount % and per-item (DPI) fee.
- Flat rate: Heartland's example shows 2.90% + $0.30 for card-not-present and 2.60% + $0.10 for card-present.
- Surcharge summary and deposit detail by day.
